1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Systems 4 Logistics, LLC, located at 607 RAYNA DRIVE, GREER, SC, 29651. These terms govern your access to the website and our professional transportation service agreements. By engaging our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Systems 4 Logistics, LLC.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Service Engagement

All freight transportation, shipping, and cargo transportation bookings are subject to carrier availability and equipment readiness. Quotes provided by our dispatch team are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified in writing. Systems 4 Logistics, LLC reserves the right to adjust rates based on fluctuating fuel surcharges or changes in shipment dimensions provided at the time of booking.

6. Payment and Billing Information

Payment terms for warehousing and distribution services are Net 30 days from the date of invoice for clients with established credit. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire payments. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. For new clients, pre-payment or a security deposit may be required before cargo transportation commences.

7. Liability and Cargo Claims

Systems 4 Logistics, LLC maintains standard liability insurance as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed within nine (9) months of the delivery date. Our liability for warehousing services is limited to the value specified in our warehouse receipt or common law standards for bailees in South Carolina.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Spartanburg or Greenville County, South Carolina.
